We had another busy day today! Students enjoyed celebrating our learning from term 2 at our Village Gathering this morning. Thank you for joining us!
We are continuing to explore geometric terms. Our inquiry today was into parallel and perpendicular lines. Students found examples in the classroom and worked to create a class definition of the terms. We are excited to begin working with protractors this week and next week to construct angles.
We had our final day of MAP testing today. Students who have not completed all of their tests will be given the opportunity to do so over the coming days. Everyone will finish.

We are rapidly approaching the end of our third term! During the week of
December 12 - 16, students will be assessed in Spanish over Writing and Listening.
Please be on the lookout for our mid-term vocabulary quiz in the red
communication folder. It is very good indicator of your child’s progress this term
and which areas he or she may need to work on before the end of term assessments.
