We had a fun and busy day! Students practiced division and worked to preview exponents for next year. We inquired into exponents as repeated multiplication and some students played an exponent football game.
We had a great time preparing for Field Day tomorrow! Our banners and flags look amazing! Don't forget to wear Field Day shirts tomorrow, bring a water bottle, and wear appropriate shoes (no flip flops, sandals, or Crocs). We will be leaving the school as soon as the bell rings to walk to McKoy Park. Please arrive to school on time! If parents wish to join us at the park, we'd love to have you!
We inquired into writing great endings for our I believe pieces. Students evaluated my writing piece, giving suggestions for how to go from a 3 to a 4.
