Happy Monday!
We had a busy day!
We began our first round of independent math stations today. Students did a great job rotating through stations independently as I small groups to work on our lesson for the day. Mrs. Lytes and Ms. Theisen also supported students through small group in instructions. Moving forward and with practice, these independent stations will flow smoothly and become more comfortable for students to manage their time.
We continued our inquiry into connections between organisms in an ecosystem by inquiring into plant and animal adaptations. Students are working in small groups to create an animal that has adaptations and characteristics specific to the determined climate. Ask your child to tell you more!
Tomorrow is curriculum night!!! It will begin in the Multi-purpose room and then you will make your way to the classroom. I hope to see everyone there!!
Have a fantastic day!
