What a great start to our week!
Students worked hard to use area models to model their division equations with remainder. We worked in small groups on our division with remainders using area models, and students worked with cards to create and model division equations. They also completed activities in compass learning.

Students began reading about and creating a hypothesis about the mystery of Jamestown. We will continue to work to solve this mystery on Wednesday. Ask your child to tell you more!
We have a busy two weeks ahead of us. With two field trips, bike safety training, counselor lessons, and all of our end of the term activities and assessments, it is important that everyone is resting well at home, eating a good breakfast, and arriving to school on time.
