We have a very busy week ahead of us. We continued our work with division today. Students worked using friendly factors to solve their division problems. We continued studying the New England colonies. We will begin our study of the Middle and Southern colonies tomorrow. Students are gathering information and research to assist them with projects related to the colonies.
For ELA, we discussed homophones and homonyms. We read the book Dear, Deer and students worked to create homophones and homonyms of their own. We also worked on summarizing and continued our reading conferences.
