I guess it's safe to say that EVERY day is a busy day and this was no exception.  We expanded our division to four digit dividends.  Please use the strategies from yesterday to assist your child with their homework.

We finished up our discussion about planets and will be moving toward discussing the position of the Earth and the moon, as well as the moons phases.

Students explored the middle colonies and will work on the Southern Colonies tomorrow.  It is important that students are able to list the colonies in each region.  I am attaching the picture again for studying help.

We continued working with summarizing and theme.  We also extended our discussion of homophones and homonyms by adding homographs, synonyms, and antonyms.
